Okay...it's not actually a very tiny amphibious car, it's a Candy-striped Leafhopper (and you were just about to say that, I know). But I always think this bug looks like a little amphibious car. I just love these guys, though they're not easy to find and even harder to take a good picture of because, even for insects, they're tiny.
